What to Include
A few details up front save a round of emails. If your message is about an existing order, give us the order number from your confirmation email. If it is about sizing, give us the measurements of the pillow insert you are covering, taken flat from seam to seam. If something arrived damaged, attach photographs of the item and of the packaging it traveled in.
Response Times
We reply to emails during support hours, and most messages are answered the same business day they arrive. Anything that comes in after hours, on a Sunday, on a Monday, or on a federal holiday is picked up on the next day the workroom is open. If more than two business days pass without a reply, check your spam folder before writing again — our answers occasionally land there.
Visiting the Shop
Customers in the Foley, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Baldwin County area are welcome to bring furniture and garments to us during opening hours. Larger pieces are easier for everyone if you email a photograph first so we know what is coming.
